erm. xD it was from this site that was doing giveaways - basically every day in september, somenody won one of these cameras. my lucky day happened to be september 10th? lol. they sent me a text-only email all, "HAI. 8D PLX SEND US UR MAILING ADDRESS <3333" which sounded suspiciously like spam, but uh. sometimes i guess underestimating the dodginess of the internet pays off(...). ahahaha. ♪

...currently, writing an "Epic" (think homer's odyssey. poetry-style) for school, erm. why i thought taking narrative practices was a good idea is beyond me. i dislike reading, am slow at it, and also having your writing torn into is not fun either. xD; also, 700 WORDS (+200 self-analysis) IS NOT ENOUGH. oh my god, Arts. this assignment is worth 20%. xD HOW. oh well. 8D; *gets back to it*

i'm going to be in japan from dec 8th - dec 24th, sort of solo pit-stopping off of a family holiday (seeing relatives 'til jan 4th, malaysia/singapore). the flights were cheap! like, $350 one-way with jetstar kind of cheap. 8DD; mostly, it's for seeing a couple of concerts at yokohama arena with some writing friends who are also going to be there. (because kis-my-ft2 are having their first solo tour! :3 yayyy~) ( details! ish. )

a couple of days ago, when i was sitting on the toilet, something bit the outside of my left bum cheek like six times. >:T it wasn't as if i was sitting there for very long! impatient creature. well, it was probably in desperation to get out (what on earth camps in a toilet anyway?). i hope my stinky mexican poo killed it. :| ←we had taco bill's for kylie's 22st birthday last sat. :D

there was also linc's 21st on fri! which was full of cosplay goodness, though i got back from work late and like, couldn't get dressed in time. xD *did a copout no-name bleach shinigami* this was after thurs, where mum ran a boot camp for the kids at church. :3 i helped out a bit, which involved amongst other things washing ice off of apples and carrying crates of bottled water up staircases.

...how is it practically october already? e____o no. ...another spate of birthdays! xD but the valentines day ones, instead of the spring-friskies ones. lawl. anyway, it was my sister's and dad's last week and possibly the week before, which was cool. saw fame the movie. and ghibli's ponyo- AH! want to see michael jackson's two-week thing. :O and mao's last dancer... 8D; hn.

(passionfire! xD the oreo cheesecake turned out good! ♥ 8D NOM.) well, there was a slight mishap where i, um. put in the melted gelatin before i whipped the cream, so by the time i'd whipped the cream, the gelatin was already half set akjkahkawe. so there were bits of jellyfish in amongst the cheesecake, and also the cake itself was a little on the squishy side. but it still tasted fine. 8DDD and dad liked it. i assume he got one of the bits with no gelatin fish, hurr.

i did ten pushups last friday, when i bowed out of a game of push-up poker. where... you are penalised... with push-ups... anyway. MY ARMS/NECK ARE STILL SORE. suck. (i was supposed to do 20 but couldn't, lmao. oh well. 8D that's what boys are for. *got a sponsor to do the rest*)

today i had a sandwich daddy is overseas, mummy is at work, the sisters are at parties, and so the house is all mine. ♥ and also quiet. i made my own dinner, dubbed [reason i should not reproduce #211]. ←however, it was not from the freezer or a can this time!

ingredients:
-two eggs
-one slice of plastic cheese
-two slices of bread
-mayonnaise and bbq sauce to taste ☆

method:
-omelette the eggs in a pan
-place cheese in the middle
-using cheese as square template, fold edges of omelette over to make a square pocket
-betweenbread the pocket
-dip in condiments to taste ☆

it looked like bird shit but tasted good?

but speaking of those birds though, they have shat on my head twice in the past two years. once in omuta, once in prahran, which is a fabulous track record really, for something so rare and undesirable. 8(

there was an embarrassing incident with my laptop that shall not be spoken of (...well. i dropped it, which corrupted harddrive sectors, etc.)... actually, i lost all my music that didn't start with the letter A, what the hell. D: and also, reformatted things.

So, late as all hell, this post has been sitting p'locked for ages because it lacked pictures, but Manifest was awesome~ ♥ A little different, because I hadn't really planned to go, much less cosplay, but lainex (le madame red) pulled me into doing Kuroshitsuji with her and Jenny. :o ...I've still only watched one ep of it and read barely a volume. 8D; But it was good. ♥ Much fun. :D :D

As usual, i was a douche and didn't really see any events (EXCEPT WUSHU, omfg), but i think meeting up with people and being a photowhoring retard is all that makes cons worth it. ♥ there was a sloo, a lil, a kath, des, ms. kakashi kaori, jac, linc and sister (...i'm sorry i like chasing her kjawe), wancy!, jenny, lain, daniel, zac and aoshi, del, kylie, amelia, mishka, alex, fujiko, rea in passing, and new people too, who were also in kuroshitsuji gear...! nozomi was my rival sebastian, lol. even if she thought i was "like, sixteen" and younger than her. holy crap, that's totally not everyone (I'M SORRY) but it was the best meeting up with all you precious people again. oops, apparently the last public entry i made here was in june? LOL, self. fail. idk, i do rambles sometimes then just post privately because i cbf being coherent. but mostly it's because there were seven or eight weeks there where i got like a grand total of three days at home and wanted to crawl into a hole forever. 8D /introvert. ended up neglecting the eljay (rl time flies heaps faster than online. weird). but that's over now, so. let's see.

-wicked, the musical. a+! could have finished in the intermission after defying gravity and i would have been happy. *sparkles* it was v good.

-avenue q. EVEN BETTER, lol. holy cow i have nothing bad to say about this play at all it was utterly amazing. rarely do you see such good acting, and this was from PUPPETS.

-transformers 2. highlight: sideswipe. and the way the bots had different fighting styles. the rest i could honestly take or leave; looking forward to g.i. joe.

-scienceworks/star wars: continues to be. down to once a week now. bought my third or fourth thinger of blue paint some days ago. hilariously a few of the guys i work with (a costumer, a friend of said costumer (photographer) and one random customer service staffer) are also going to be at manifest.

-manifest: just one cosplay this year. kuroshitsuji's sebastian michaels. am going to be the shortest ever. bought a pocket watch off of ebay this morning, on a whim. (if you're looking for waistcoats/formalwear/etc. ebay.co.uk is the place to go. forget .com.au, lol.)

-new nano in about 90 days. ♥ i've written about 75k words since last november 1st all up, i think. possibly more. which is yay. granted about 70k of that is for the same ongoing story, which is still not finished, nor so yay, but um... *facepalm* anyway.

-looking for a formal shop that will sell me a white, wing-collar pleated front shirt (neck size 13~14") for a not crazy price, LOL. tougher than it sounds.
